The Kristen Brown Studio Newsletter
For the capable woman who is losing herself in the process of taking care of everyone else. Real talk on finding your voice, navigating leadership, and building a life that is truly your own.
She is capable and accomplished. She has been doing the work for years — for her team, her family, her company, her guests. She is good at what she does. People rely on her. She shows up.
And she is losing herself in the process.
She is somewhere between burned out and breaking through. She knows something needs to change. She is not sure she is allowed to say it out loud yet.
She is not looking for a five-step plan. She is looking for someone who gets it. Someone who has been in her specific room and found a way through.
That is who I am writing to. Every single issue.
For years I was the person holding everyone else together — my team, my guests, my family — while quietly falling apart inside. I was capable. I was accomplished. I was losing myself in the process.
I didn't have a roadmap for what I was feeling. I didn't have a community of people who understood what it actually costs to show up fully for everyone else while having nothing left for yourself.
This newsletter is what I wish I'd had. A voice in my inbox every two weeks that told the truth — about leadership, about burnout, about the hard seasons, and about what it feels like to want something more and not know if you're allowed to.
I'm not writing from a perfect place. I'm writing from a real one.
I hope you'll join me.
